Our return policy allows for a full refund within a certain period, provided the item is returned in its original condition. Please note that all returns may be subject to an assessment, and any damage could lead to deductions from your refund. A restocking fee will apply to all returned products, which covers the cost of restocking and processing returns.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. As a small business, we cannot cover the return shipping fees, but we offer two options: handle the return shipping yourself or use a prepaid return label generated by us, with the cost deducted from your refund.
