To Patch a Leak:
Because our tubs are inflatable, small leaks or quirks do happen on occasion and are often a quick and easy fix that we can help you with immediately. We include a patch kit in every single tub shipment to ensure small leaks or tears can be quickly fixed. Just apply a patch to where the leak is.
To Find a Leak:
To help you locate and fix the leak, we have a creative solution that also facilitates a cleaning of your tub! Just take a sponge and dip it in soapy water. Then gently rub the outside of your tub (particularly around the valves) where leaks are most common. When you find the leak, you will see air bubbles start inflating from the soap. Here is a photo to show you what it looks like when you've found the leak:
Once you've found the leak, just apply the patch kit!
